  17. I have both the mp/16 and the stand alone units. It's a lot easyer to install
  18. the rack mount modems, but with the stand alone units, you can reset just
  19. one modem without kicking 15 other people off :)

  21. using a single transformer for many modems makes managemet of space and
  22. installation much easyer.

  24. I had a 20vac 8 amp transformer made up. it's driving 12 modems just fine.
  25. I'm planning on having 5 more made up with a 10 amp capacity. It just so 
  26. happens that 12 modems standing on their side is about the with of a 19" 
  27. rack.

  29. if there are other people with this need, we can add additional 
  30. transformers to the order.  The larger the run of transformers, the 
  31. lower the cost per unit. If your in the need for this transformer, email 
  32. me. I'll collect a count, I'll request a price qoute for this run of 
  33. transformers, and send out a price for them.
